MASTERS IN TRIAL
Unique CLE for lawyers that wish to improve their trial skills with situation-based instruction by sitting state court trial judges.
Tired of just reading the Rules of Civil Procedure and Evidence? Wish you could get real-life application of the rules? Then this CLE is for you! Join us on a journey through the rules of evidence and procedure with multiple vignettes that feature live witness testimony and argument to the bench. Five current Superior Court/Court of Appeals judges will give their input on these scenarios and explain how they approach the issues and how they would rule in each hypothetical. Experienced trial lawyers will explain their thought process on when to object (or not object) and how to present your argument and objections in the most persuasive manner possible. If you’ve wanted a nuts-and-bolts CLE on evidence and procedure, then this is the CLE you’ve waited for.
